Today Emma Yas and I started rehearsals for the dance, while Hannah carried on with the left over paper work to go into our production folder. The rehearsals went quite well, and i feel that we managed to get a lot done, and most of the dance planned out. However, i feel that the group clashed while doing this. Sometimes while i was coming up with suggestions for the dance some of them were dismissed and we had to go with another member of the groups idea's, which i felt was quite unfair.
Tuesday 5th:
Today didn't go quite as planned - at all. We were all meant to have done a lot of the filming by now, however we haven't got any footage that we can actually use, only test footage. This is because finishing off the dance took longer than planned, and by the time we got round to filming what we got wasn't of any use.
Wednesday 6th:
We all came in early today to film the dance scenes, this went quite well, and we managed to move into the the corridor dance scenes, which also went well, until we got disturbed by the fire alarm. But luckily we got back on track.
Thursday 7th:
Today was good. In our first two lessons we filmed the dialogue scenes, which was good - it gave the rest of us a chance to get behind the camera when Hannah had to be filmed. In our last lesson we re-recorded the song. After that was all done, we were able to upload our footage onto the mac at the end of the day, ready to edit on friday. Though after looking at the footage we decided that there would need a lot of re-filming to be done.
Friday 8th:
Yas wasn't in today, so we were unable to reshoot any footage as planned.. However Emma, Hannah and I all worked hard to get the rough cut of our dance done. Parts of it i like, however i think that there is so much wok needed for it to be of standard.
